"To be a companion of Jesus requires that we listen to and live his basic teachings: to be compassionate, to reach out to the impoverished and the helpless, to not judge others harshly, to forgive our enemies, to live with honesty and integrity, to not take trevenge, to love unconditionally. It is by these marks that others will recognize us as a companion of Jesus."Joyce Rupp, OSM
